A day at the Zoo

Josh's sisters and their kids have been in town for a few weeks. The cousins have been having a blast! Cousins Camp is an annual event where Grandpa and Grandma are brave enough to take all the grandkids for a fun filled week. This year's theme has been "Awesome Ancestors". One of the days was spent in St. Louis, visiting ancestors grave sites. We took advantage of the gorgeous weather and went to the zoo.
Brandon, Emily, Jessica, Cole, Jacob, Chad, Abby, Jared, Nick, and Brody

"Grandma Doug" with Ryan at the train station. Ryan was such a great baby, as usual.

Abby striking a pose in the Reptile House.

We assigned all the kids buddies to help keep track of them. Here are Nick and his buddies Cole and Chad. Cole was so awesome about keeping up with Nick. ( which we all know is no small task)

Nick was so entertaining. He was so captivated by everything he saw.(Sorry about this being sideways!!! )

The hippos were the highlight of the day. Talk about up close and personal!

The shot of Abby in the reptile house is priceless. What a heart breaker!!! I miss all my friends!!!! The best part of taking Abby to preschool was seeing you so often...that and my always exciting car conversations with Luke and Abby about forsythia and other local flora!
